Our Award Winning Client is currently looking for a new addition to their Customer Service Team. About the job: The Customer Service Division are seeking a Customer Service Co-ordinator to join their Customer Service Project Team. The role is varied and you will provide support to the division through the production of daily and monthly KPI’s, maintain the divisional process catalogue and the Customer Service Intranet Pages. About you: You will have experience of working in a Customer Service environment and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. You will be computer literate, have intermediate level MS Office skills including Word and Excel and possess excellent attention to detail. If you are flexible, organised and an effective team player then this is the role for you!
