PD Recruitment's Managing Director has over 25 years’ experience in recruitment, across a wide variety of sectors, which include; commercial, industrial, financial, marketing and engineering. Phil is a 'hands-on' manager who has gone back to basics and enjoys a traditional recruitment process, meeting candidates and clients and matching specifically to their needs. Personally, Phil has worked his way up through the industry from a junior consultant to a director for one of the country’s leading high street agencies. After spending several years setting up successful offices for other people he decided to take the plunge and opened PDR in 2008, the business has now grown to a place where it is respected and successful.
Andy oversees PDR's New Business and Permanent Desk. As such, he is responsible for ensuring clients are introduced to the benefits that a relationship with PDR can offer and delivering an unparalelled service to clients and candidates alike. Prior to his career in Recruitment, Andy’s extensive and varied experience included; management of the London Media Centre for the London Olympics in 2012, facilitating news coverage from various war zones in Europe and the Middle East and establishing TV studios in London and Sao Paolo. Andy truly understands the need for businesses to recruit exceptional staff.
Ellie runs the PDR Temp desk and can offer staffing solutions to clients, quickly and capably, from a pool of local talent. Before working in recruitment, Ellie worked in Insurance, where she honed her exemplary organisation and client relationship skills. Ellie graduated from London Metropolitan University in 2012 with an honours degree in English Literature & History, subjects that remain two of her biggest passions
David has a wealth of recruitment experience. He started in the industry in 2006, and has worked his way up. Currently Senior Recruitment Consultant at PDR David recruits for Permanent positions. His ability to engage with candidates is unparalleled. He builds strong and lasting relationships through on-going communication and discerning ways to motivate each and every individual.
Louise has worked for PDR for over a year. She started as a Junior Recruitment Consultant and through dedication and hard work she is now a Consultant on the Permanent Desk. Prior to this role Louise travelled all over the world, experiencing new cultures and meeting new people. These have proven valuable experiences which she transfers to her role at PDR.
Kerrina joined PDR in September 2017. Previously she was an Office Manager with Accounts and Payroll experience but decided that a change in career was needed. Kerrina is currently a Recruitment Administrator/Traffic Manager on the Permanent desk. Experience working within Customer Service & Office roles have enabled her to develop strong people skills, both with colleagues & customers. Kerrina is passionate about her family & love spending quality time with her children.
Lauren has over 15 years Customer Service experience. For the last 9 years she was is now moving her career in a new direction. Lauren is the Payroll Administrator for PDR, where her communication & administration skills are a valuable asset. A true team player, Lauren has a wealth of experience across a variety of roles, including Marketing & Social Media, Sales & IT Support.
