PD Recruitment's Managing Director has over 25 years’ experience in recruitment, across a wide variety of sectors, which include; commercial, industrial, financial, marketing and engineering. Phil is a 'hands-on' manager who has gone back to basics and enjoys a traditional recruitment process, meeting candidates and clients and matching specifically to their needs. Personally, Phil has worked his way up through the industry from a junior consultant to a director for one of the country’s leading high street agencies. After spending several years setting up successful offices for other people he decided to take the plunge and opened PDR in 2008, the business has now grown to a place where it is respected and successful.
Andy oversees PDR's New Business and Permanent Desk. As such, he is responsible for ensuring clients are introduced to the benefits that a relationship with PDR can offer and delivering an unparalleled service to clients and candidates alike. Prior to his career in Recruitment, Andy’s extensive and varied experience included; management of the London Media Center for the London Olympics in 2012, facilitating news coverage from various war zones in Europe and the Middle East and establishing TV studios in London and Sao Paolo. Andy truly understands the need for businesses to recruit exceptional staff.
Lauren has over 15 years Customer Service experience. For the last 9 years she ran the Box Office at the Assembly Hall Theatre and is now moving her career in a new direction. Lauren is the Office Manager for PDR, where her communication & administration skills are a valuable asset. A true team player, Lauren has a wealth of experience across a variety of roles, including Marketing & Social Media, Administration, Sales & IT Support.
Following a great introduction to PDR Lauren has taken on the role of Supporting the Temp Desk, Well done Lauren..
An experienced Operations supervisor from the City, Sam decided to go for the work life balance and decided to work locally. She has come in to the business to support our administration team across the business, dealing with perm interviews, temp registrations and basically in her own words " Making sure what needs doing gets DONE"
Louise has worked for PDR for over a year. She started as a Junior Recruitment Consultant and through dedication and hard work she is now a Consultant on the Permanent Desk. Prior to this role Louise travelled all over the world, experiencing new cultures and meeting new people. These have proven valuable experiences which she transfers to her role at PDR.
With a background in sales, recruitment and warehousing Alex is in charge of our Temp Desk. Having experienced a diverse range of businesses this means that he can understand the needs of a great deal of clients as he has worked in those environments previously. He is dedicated to delivering excellent customer service and ensuring that all he fills and maintains each clients needs.
Danielle is new to the PDR fold. She has very quickly established herself as a "natural" Resourcer, one of the best we have known. Danielle learns fast, and under the guidance of senior staff at PDR, will progress to Junior Consultant and beyond. Danielle joined PDR from a background in administration in the housing sector.
